Mitti Pao Policy (Throw dust Policy)

Most of the time, the least cared about person for us is none other than our self. We dont just even ignore our self physically but also emotionally and morally. We all do have morals and disciples that we follows some gets alter by our experience and some we follow like a hard and fast rule. But have we ever thought of my self and about our happiness? People thinks that if we always think of ourself than we will be a selfish person, actually thats not true ! Selfish person always try to grab a materialistic opportunity for oneself but here i m talking abt a totally different perspective of caring abt oneself emotionally and that is when we trouble our mind abt how people behave with us and these action-reaction thoughts often make us feel sad because we happen to hold within us all those little grudges and we dont let it GO. Dont think that you are doing something wrong morally by thinking abt ur happiness.

Now inorder to relax mind we have to lay off all these worries, we have to forgo all these little things like wat he is thinking abt this?, wat would people say? etc. So here i m proposing " Mitti Pao Policy" which means that we tell our mind that "i dont want to care abt these little little things" and try to live as happy and delightful as u can. Most of the time we give things more important and even if we try to find reason we often tends to think in a negative manner. For example if husband comes home in a bad mood and give a rude response to wife's welcome then she may start to think that if he doest talk properly with me, i wont talk either. Stop thinking negatively! wife could also think that he may had a tough day and he wants to just relax and its just a matter of time after dinner he will come around well so she used Mitti Pao Policy on negative thoughts and substitute a positive reasoning.

In Mitti Poa Policy the main idea is to live happy no matter wats happen in outter world but it is very necessary that u fully convince ur mind of these perception and that will take time and if u dont do this then you are only suppressing the problems for a time being and they will strike back later with a greater magnitude, so firstly convince ur mind to forgive and forgo.

The reasoning you can use to change ur perception is that if i worry abt all these things then i will be only troubling myself as i cant do anything and i cant solve these problem so i shouldnt be worrying abt them and so i must take my attention off these things towards those things will make me happy. If someone talks rude to you just say " Mitti Pao" and carry on with your activities with a smile on your face. Say to your mind that i m not that invaluable that i would be wasting my health and peace of mind upon these things... so Mitti Pao. Main idea is Value urself and dont destroy your peace of mind for anything in the world.

One thing more, always try to comprehend a positive reasoning for anything and everything dont think negatively, try to be positive in every things even in bad things and pray to Allah to give you strength to change wat u can and accept wat u cant.

Just practice this Policy for sometime because preception changing takes sometime.

Do you get Anxious? Do U Know Wat Actually Anxiety is ?

We all get anxious at times and some of us get anxious most of the time and we dont know why we get and wat actually anxiety is. We live in such a culture where knowing the reasons for any emotion are undermined not only by the illiterate people but also by literate ones. Actually we fear not to find something that is behaviourally abnormal in us so we deny or sublime or use any other defence mechanism(for detail abt it wait for the next blog) to ignore our own behavioural analysis or knowledge and always end up saying " I don't know why i do so?".

As far as anxiety is concern technically Sigmund Freud states "it as an unpleasant inner state of mind that people seek to avoid". In simple words anxiety is the human mind's reaction to stress and tension. If it is normal then it help you to cope up with tense situation by signally the mind to stimulate respective hormonal activities when it exceeds it become disorder known as anxiety disorder. But Freud have view anxiety not as normal. According to him it indicate about something not being right either morally,neurotically or in reality. Among these three reality anxiety is the most common in us which comprises of fear from anything that can happen in reality. Many of us fear reptile group animals we get a very weird feeling when we see a lizard staring or comes toward us or some fear Heights etc (Yes Phobia is also an anxiety disorder)so that weird feeling is anxiety.It also occur unconsciously when we fear that any of our desire action would be socially unacceptable, our mind indulge into anxiety.

People who have any of the anxiety disorder they tend to feel insecure and always expect any disaster to happen. They cant stop worrying abt any particular thing or anything in general. So if you are worry excessively abt anything and it also affecting your daily life's work then you may have anxiety disorder. The main thing here to notice is that if due to any thinking or worry ur daily day's work is getting scrabbled frequently or for longer period of time then it is severe otherwise we all have our hard times once in a while. It have physical symptoms as well which are generally misunderstood likeconstant headache,nausea,irritability,body pain,lack of concentration Etc.

My whole point of writing all this is that whenever we feel such things we mostly dont know wats happening to us, now atleast we could be knowing that wats happening so we can look up for any furthur knowledge abt it.In today's world we human have burden our mind with endless worries of countless things and our perception gives them importance more than they should have and for icing on the cake we dont pay right attention to their consequences. For e.g Mostly our mothers have complain abt a constant headache or body pain which we settle down by saying " mom u dont take care of ur diet and nutrition" ..we have never looked at the other side of the coin that our mom may be having any stress or unconscious worry of which even she is not aware of ( i just took mom as an example this apply to everyone). So the next time you feel something persistantly wrong with urself dont ignore it and look up for the reason for any such condition because your body,your life and your emotions are very precious dont just waste them.

Confusion

It the first time i m writting a blog and guess wat i m CONFUSED, like wat to write, so decided to write abt wat m i feeling i.e Confusion. Confusion is a emotion stimulated by the element of change. The change can be self initiated like a person wants to change his/her job or it can be just happening to u like dad's posting to another city. Whenever there is a change involve, confusion comes like a betterhalf. Confusion is a mind wrecking state of mind, coming out of it harmlessly proves that u r wise person.Mind gets twisted in a whirl of consequences and an infinite loop of IF-THEN_ELSE starts without any end statement(pardon me if u dont get the last line...my programming instinct showed up). Sometimes solving confusion creates a bigger confusion as all the people u ask may have different opinon(which they mostly do) and then there u stand in yet deeper whirl of evaluted consequences.

Nevertheless noone is exempt from this choatic,destructive and repititve emotion. Ooh yes like all other emotion this one is also recurring one. The most confused period in human life is childhood where everything is so confusing. Why isnt 2+2=5 or how moon grows to full and then shrink back next night or how the chick gets inside the egg etc etc. The in youth confusion encircle attitude when u feel like the king of the world and family thinks well they think nothing much of u except u being very Confused and lame abt outter world. Then comes carreer confusion when every problem of urs starts from What, how, Where and how much and ends up in hand of faith(for most of ppl,who became wat they didnt ever dreamnt of being ) . Marriage is in todays' time yet another strong element that promise to bring 360 degree change in ones life so it give rise to confusion. Then old age is..... well there is no confusion in old age as person thinks he/she knows it all..... Well most of the elder thinks so, after the age of 65.

But Why there is so many Confusion?hmmmmm... i think because we demand more and more day by day for knowing how we end up. We cant take uncertainity whether its in attitude or job or marriage. we want to know all the variable involve and how they would play their roles in our future and not knowing leads us to Confusion or inability to decide abt anything or accomodate. Today's human like to be play save ALWAYS but one thing we all forgets is that no matter wat we plan or how we plan somethings are decided by faith. I didnt said everything so dont let any opportunity to succeed in life slip by,, u never know when the best strikes. One thing is good abt confusion and that is u try to see all the possible known course of action or paths otherwise if a person feels overconfident then he might overlook the most beneficial way out. ooh atleast i could find anything good in confusion in the end.
